Two of these models — Dedicated Resource and Hourly Engagement — have verified starting prices published below for common operational support requirements. Fixed-Scope Project and Custom Engagement work is quoted individually, since the scope varies too much to publish a single starting figure.

- The $960/month and $6/hour figures are starting prices for select operational support requirements, not fixed prices for every project or service
- “Dedicated” does not mean the resource is located in the United States, and it does not mean direct employment by the client — the resource remains part of Heal Infotech’s team
- None of these models include automatic full-time availability or automatic 24/7 coverage unless separately confirmed
- Fixed-scope pricing does not include unlimited revisions or unlimited additional work
- Not every service qualifies for starting pricing — many require a custom quote, detailed in the sections below
